  • Cycle Focussed Yoga Classes

Yoga Mandir (www.yogamandir.com.au) is the oldest yoga school in Canberra, located at 42 Mort St in Braddon. Many of their teachers and students cycle both to yoga and to work and balance their exercise on the bike with the practice on the mat. They are keen to help Pedal Power members and Cycle Works Challenge participants to incorporate yoga into their active life to improve posture and breathing, manage neck and shoulder stiffness, lower back discomfort, tight hips and hamstrings or troublesome knees.

During the Cycle Works Challenge Yoga Mandir will be running special Yoga classes that will focus on cyclist stiffness/pain/discomfort from 7-8 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

If you would like to attend one of these classes for cyclists download and complete this registration form and take it along to the class.
